MINIMUM AGE

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter. Not even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or accompanying adult. Visitors to this event have to, upon request from the organization, show a valid form of identification.

LEGITIMATION

At the request of a security staff member, one must be able to provide identification. If one cannot provide valid Identification access will be denied. Valid Identification means a passport or European Identity Card.

TICKET USE

1. Admission to the Venue will only be authorised upon presentation of a valid Ticket and (if we and/or any Authorised Representative require) photographic proof of identity and proof of age (Valid Identification means a passport or European Identity Card). One Ticket will be required for each person.

2. Each ticket has its own QR code, which can only be used once. In case you bought the ticket from an unauthorized seller, and your code was used before you got to the entrance, you will be refused entry. We recommend buying tickets only through our official sellers.

3. In the case of buying VIP tickets, you must go through the VIP line at the entrance and collect your wristband from an employee. If you ignore the instructions and go through the wrong line and do not collect the wristband that will allow you to enter the VIP zone, we are not responsible for the denial of entry to the VIP zone by security or for ticket compensation. The bracelet cannot be picked up later.

VENUE ENTRY

These Conditions incorporate the Site Rules. If any Ticket Holder fails to comply with the applicable Site Rules, the Ticket Holder may be refused admission to or evicted from the Venue without refund or compensation.

1. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted at the Event. Photographic ID is required for entry(Passport or European Identity Card) and proof of identity and age must be provided on request at the admission gate to the Venue.

2. Admission to the Venue will only be authorised upon presentation of a valid Ticket and (if we and/or any Authorised Representative require) photographic proof of identity and proof of age (driver’s licence or passport). One Ticket will be required for each person.

3. No re-admission is permitted for Ticket Holders. Please ensure you have everything before entering the Venue.

4. Last entry to the venue will be advised on our social media, web and ticketing platforms. Please make sure to arrive before this time to ensure entry.

5. A Ticket Holder will be required to submit to a body check and full search of his/her possessions for the purposes of locating and removing any Prohibited Item, and any refusal by the Ticket Holder may result in refusal of admission to or eviction from the Venue without refund or compensation.

6. At the search and entry point, ticket holders will be given the opportunity to give up (Amnesty) prohibited items in their possession prior to the search. Once passed the Amnesty area, any person found in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or evicted, and will have the item confiscated, and not returned.

7. Without a special permit or press accreditation, it is not allowed to bring video or audio recording cameras. If you are caught using professional equipment to record or take pictures of the hall or the people in it without the organizer's permission, you will be removed from the event.

8. We and/or any Authorised Person may refuse admission to or eject from the Venue and/or Arena without refund or compensation any Ticket Holder who:

   • is noticeably under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any behaviour-modifying substance, or is behaving, or considered by any Authorised Person likely to behave, violently, harmfully or in a manner contrary to public order and/or safety.

   • brings or attempts to bring into the Venue, possesses or uses within the Venue or in the vicinity thereof any Prohibited Items.

   • brings or attempts to bring into the Venue, sells, possesses or uses within the Venue or in the vicinity thereof any sponsorship, promotional or commercial items or materials (of whatever nature) without our prior written authorisation (and the Ticket Holder may be asked to deliver up a copy of any such authorisation upon entry to or whilst within the Venue)

   • whilst within the Venue or vicinity thereof, engages in disruptive, dangerous or violent behaviour including (without limitation) throwing, casting, thrusting or propelling any object at any person, instigates violence, demonstrates racism or xenophobia, behaves in a way that any reasonable person may interpret as provocative, threatening, discriminatory and/or offensive, creates or poses any threat to the life or safety of themselves or any other person(s), or harms any other person(s) in any way, or unreasonably obstructs the viewing of other spectators.

   • whilst within the Venue, enters or circulates in restricted access areas or other areas where that person is not allowed access to (including the stage); or climbs lighting masts, fences, roofs and other apparatus or constructions.

   • whilst within the Venue, damages, interferes with or tampers with any property of any third party;

   • qwhilst within the Venue, smokes or vapes in any area where smoking and vaping is not permitted;

ACCESS CONTROL

Every visitor will be checked/searched by a security officer upon entering the festival site for the purpose of ensuring safety and health. The visitor may request to have the visitation performed by a security officer of the same sex, which will be followed up by the organization. Complete refusal of the search will result in denial of access.

FORBIDDEN ITEMS

Hard & soft drugs, laughing gas, (alcoholic) beverages, glassware, (plastic) bottles and/or caps/lids, (foldable) water sacks, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, grinders, walking sticks (medical crutches and devices excepted), animals, banners, stickers, balaclavas,, loose metal chains (incorporated into clothing or accessories is allowed), objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, polarizing or group-specific clothing with unwanted expressions on clothing, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, objects that could negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, aerosols, sprays, atomizers, fireworks, flares and any kind of promotional banners and flyers.

MEDIA & RECORDINGS

Photographs or any other recordings of sound or images taken by a Ticket Holder within the Venue may be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes only.

Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorised photos, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and/or removed from the venue.

Each Ticket Holder attending the Event:

1. acknowledges that he/she is likely to be filmed, recorded and/or photographed and the resulting content publicly disseminated across a range of media (including social media) for promotional purposes;

2. acknowledges that Know that both venues, as well as their entire surroundings, will be covered by security cameras for the security of Ticket Holders and the prevention of crime;

3. agrees that perpetual use may be made, free of charge, of his/her voice, image and likeness captured whilst present at or about the Venue (by means of live or recorded video display, broadcast, transmission or other dissemination or recording, photographs or any other current and/or future media technologies) and waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual basis, all rights to object to such recording and the broadcasting, transmission or other dissemination thereof in any current and/or future media technologies;

4. acknowledges and agrees that we are the sole legal and beneficial owner of the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of any nature whatsoever in and to any recordings of sound or images taken within the Venue (including future rights to such recordings or to any works derived from such recordings) and waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual basis, all rights (including moral rights) in and to any such recordings; and

5. hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grants to us a perpetual, exclusive, freely assignable and royalty-free licence to use, adapt, distribute and/or exploit, by any means and in any current and/or future form or type of media or format, any recordings taken by the Ticket Holder within the Venue in breach of paragraph 35 of these Conditions.

PROMOTION, SELLING & TRADING

It is forbidden to sell or offer merchandise on and/or around the event grounds (this includes parking lots). Promotional banners and flyers may not be placed in, on or around the festival site.

This also includes recording promotional material at our event for other brands or purposes, this is strictly forbidden. Professional camera equipment is not permitted in any case without permission from the organization. This applies to visitors, guests and crew.

OBJECTS

It is forbidden to climb stages, tents, trees, buildings, fences or other objects on the festival grounds. It is also not allowed to take objects and/or objects from the festival grounds.

In the event that someone from the staff or security sees you doing any of the above, we reserve the right to remove you from the event.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all halls and is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

OWN RISK

Entering the event site is at your own risk. The organization or employees working for the organization cannot be held liable, for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location and/or the event.
